Swarna Cash is committed to strict compliance with all Know Your Customer (KYC) norms as mandated by the Government of India.

• Mandatory ID: Every customer must provide original, valid government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence.
• Minors: If the customer is below 25 years of age, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with valid ID proof. Transactions without this are strictly prohibited.
• Verification: Swarna Cash reserves the right to verify the authenticity of documents and may conduct additional checks (phone/address verification) if necessary.

If Swarna Cash releases gold ornaments from a bank/financer on behalf of the customer, the following strict terms apply:

• Obligation to Sell: Once the gold is released by us, the customer is legally obligated to sell the gold to Swarna Cash.
• Penalty for Refusal: If the customer refuses to sell after the release, they must immediately return the release amount plus a 5% service charge (based on market value) to Swarna Cash on the same day.
• Same Day Completion: Transactions for released gold must be completed on the same day. No reversals are allowed after business hours.
• Final Valuation: The final price is determined only after release and purity testing. The customer accepts that this may differ from initial estimates.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Swarna Cash does not purchase stolen, snatched, or unauthenticated gold.

• Liability: The customer declares they are the sole owner of the ornaments. If items are later found to be stolen or disputed, the customer bears full legal and financial responsibility.
• Police Reporting: We are legally obligated to report any suspicious attempt to sell stolen items to the local police station immediately.
• Right to Recover: If a transaction is found fraudulent later, Swarna Cash has the right to recover the full amount paid plus interest and legal costs.

• Testing Rights: To ensure purity, Swarna Cash reserves the right to cut, drill, or melt ornaments if impurities are suspected.
• Stone Deductions: The weight of stones, beads, studs, or any non-gold material will be fully deducted from the net weight before valuation.
• Irreversible Sale: Once the customer accepts the payment, the sale is final. No cancellation, refund, or reversal is allowed.
• Payment Modes: Payments are made via IMPS, RTGS, or Bank Transfer (as per government limits). Proceeds must not be used for illegal activities.

Any dispute arising from the transaction will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If unresolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
